Age Limit: Candidates age should be not less then 18 years and not more then 33 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the Govt Rules. Post wise age details can be referred from the official notification.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th Class/Xth Std. from a recognized Board/ Institution, Fitter�s trade certificate from a recognised institute, Experience in the Trade for Assistant Fitter (Fitter Gr. III) Posts, Secondary School (Xth Std.) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution, two years course certificate in Welding from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and the certificate issued by the Indian Register of Shipping for Welder Post, Secondary School (Xth Std.) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution, Trade certificate in Plating/ Tinsmith/ Blacksmith/ Sheet metal from a recognized Industrial Training Institute, should qualify the departmental test for Plater Post, Secondary School (Xth Std.) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution, Trade certificate in Lathman from a recognized Industrial Training Institute for Machine Turner Post and must have diploma in relevant trade as per the post requirement.
